What I have always noticed from reviews and articles about Einstein is the relentlessness and preseverance of the man beyond normal levels. Which is what I always find in those you succeed time and again in comparison to their peers. Some achieve recognition but few achieve sustained recognition which is only possible through hard work and persistence.
Though as this video also highlights continuing when others would have given up does have its downside which is as much a part of the balance of things as the success.
