Holmbeck farm 2016

I just came across these beautiful pictures from my first visit to Holmbeck Farm Airfield. It was such a fun day with a special atmosphere provided by the lovely people at Holmbeck Farm.

It means more to me now because, by chance, it later became my home airfield as I began my journey of learning to fly.

Back then I was just enjoying visiting airfields and being around aviation folk. I had no idea that I would later have lessons here and take off and land!!!

How long ago did this feel now? How has my family changed?

I will update this post later when I have time, but for now, I just wanted to share the memories as an inspiration to get out and find your passion. It will give you more energy than you realise.
