Too Busy to Be Healthy? My Summer Series Begins

Have you ever been too busy with work or parenting to think about your own health?

I’ve lived that. For years, I’ve been refining a way of living that makes me healthier, stronger, and more energized without needing more time, money, or energy.

This summer was the latest test — and for the first time, I’m sharing it openly.

With little money, limited time, and plenty of pressures, my family and I still created one of the happiest, healthiest summers we’ve had. We saw waterfalls in Wales, seals at Horsey Gap, fighter jets at the Mach Loop, and made memories I almost missed out on by being “too busy.”

That’s what this new Summer Series is about: showing how holidays — big or small — can be great for your health.

This series is the next chapter in something I’ve been living and sharing for years.

  • Back in 2014, our Weymouth holiday was the foundation for my Six Principles of a Happy, Healthy Lifestyle course.
  • Since then, each holiday has been another experiment, another iteration — proving that health can be woven into real life.
  • Now, this Summer Series is my way of showing you the results, not just the theory.
  • This time we spread out the trips over the hole 6 week break and I’m sharing the highlights of each week.

Because health isn’t about doing more. It’s about living differently with what you already have.

I’ll be sharing more videos and stories in this series — snapshots of what thriving can look like in everyday life.

If you’d like a taste of one of those trips, check out our North Wales adventure

I’d love to hear from you:
What was one highlight from your summer that gave you energy or joy?
