This short course introduces newcomers to the six principles of a happy, healthy lifestyle

Providing an introduction to how the Fit2Thrive process works to understand your human nature by exploring the wonder of your cells and organs and everything else that makes up you and your life.

It will guide you through the basic process of having better holidays by teaching you about the basic everyday processes that our cells do to support our lives and the activities that make them up.

You will learn the six principles that are key to a life well lived, starting from the most essential aspects of life, which are cells and the critical biological principle that all life depends on to bring order and balance, better known as “Homeostasis”.

You will work through the Weymouth holiday series to learn how to apply Fit2Thrive principles to make the best of various situations. You will see how beginner, intermediate and advanced learners can all benefit from the same situation, as there is always something to learn.

This is a module introducing self-learners to the wonder of their cells. The overall process is about learning how to build a healthy, happy lifestyle by working through your bucket list of dreams,

This course is part of a wider knowledge base provided by other courses. The other courses help build movement into our lives and reduce the risk of disease. I don’t yet know what to charge for the course; I want people to know what I’ve known for decades.

3 Levels of a happy healthy lifestyle:

Theory and practice are very complex topics on their own, so to make them more manageable at Fit2Thrive, we use levels known as levels of complexity. There are 3 levels of complexity, beginning with the smallest and simplest at level 1, going up to the largest and most complex at level 3. The levels are:

  • Level 1: Maintaining balance over time
  • Level 2: Build on level 1. Learn how cells maintain their balance over time
  • Level 3: Understand the pressures life exerts on cells and fun ways to exert the correct pressures to help your cells maintain balance over time

  • Why playing with your family is the best family workout.
  • How parenting can improve your health
  • How lessons from your commute can improve your holidays
  • Why day trips are good for you.
  • How Sightseeing is good for.
  • Why you should train for your holidays

By understanding the impact of our lives on our bodies and its ecosystem, we can learn to take better care of them. By doing the things we love and learning how to keep our balance at the same time, we can then enjoy the things that keep us healthy.
