Daily life revolves around food in every culture yet the menu varies across the world from the Mediterranean to North and South America, to Asia and everywhere in between to eat the food of a culture is to understand the culture.
We know that balance is synonymous with food from labels such as restaurant which means to restore but we also know that our habits determine the way we view and consume our food. What are good and bad habits is as much part of each culture as is the food itself.
So this topic explores food and drink as a restorer but also as something that puts our bodies out of balance. Food is something we need, we require it for health but too much of it hurts our health so ultimately what are the good and bad habits for us and are the same habits good for everyone or do they need to be personalised?
