We mark our lives by events from our birth to our death and every point in between. From holidays, to birthdays, to festivities like Christmas, Easter, Diwali and the new year, to music and sport like the Glastonbury festival and Wimbledon.

The events in our lives feed into so many of our greatest memories as we prepare and look forward to them then live through them and look back and remember. So a great life is built on events and the moments within them.

We also know that events effect us very deeply and their impact can be felt for years, even a life time. So given the impact of events how can we approach them in ways that benefit our health and leave us stronger and better adapted for the future we want to live.
