Work: The daily grind
Work is the stuff you have to do but don’t necessarily want to do and since we all have to do it so why not benefit from it.
Work is such an integral part of our lives from our childhood at school to our later years at university and in the work place that it has an effect on us every day as our nature adapts to the challenges it faces. In supporting us through our working lives our nature adapts in all sorts of ways but are these good for us or are they bad and what can we do to fix any problems?
By exploring the impact of work on our nature and the adaptations it makes we will uncover our work habits and consider if they are good or bad for us and what we can do to develop the best habits for work that prepare us to work and also help steer us towards our dreams.
