Holidays: Summer 2025

For years, I’ve been sharing how our family holidays became experiments in living a healthier, happier life. From our 2014 Weymouth holiday that inspired my How to Invest in YOU course, to many smaller trips in between, each holiday has shown me something new about how health can be woven into everyday life.

This year, we took it further.

Instead of one holiday, we spread our adventures out over the entire six-week summer break — small trips, day escapes, and spontaneous moments that added up to something much bigger.

It wasn’t about having more time or money — it was about investing what we did have into memories, movement, and moments that left us healthier and happier.

That’s what the Summer Series 2025 is all about.

Holidays have always been my testing ground — proof that health doesn’t have to be separate from real life. This summer, by spreading the adventure across six weeks, I got to show how even busy families can thrive with limited time, money, or energy.
