Vision is such a complex and incredibly useful gift, and we are still learning so much about how it actually works

Our knowledge of vision has progressed to the point that many are now managing to break free from their glasses and restore their natural eyesight.

Studying vision is fascinating because it covers areas as complex as

I have been using EndMyopia, run by Jake Steiner, to relearn to see and improve my vision.

The vision training of End myopia is a form of self-development, learning to help my body do what I want it to do by adapting my habits. I am learning better vision habits and seeing the positive impact on vision and enjoyment of watching the world go by,

You will learn that Bad habits lead to bad eyesight. Good habits lead to good eyesight. At a more technical level, good habits use homeostasis, natures balancing principle, to normalise the shape of the lens in the eye through the muscles, motor units and other related structures within and around the eye
